I am Becky Chambers, owner of Studio 623 Photography and Chambers Insurance Group. After 20 plus years in the photography business and 450 plus weddings captured, I got tired of watching my best work sit in archives because posting felt like a second full time job. Inspired by my long lists of complaints about the social media marketing process, I built PostAlready for my own studio as well as my new Insurance Firm. The system has posted for me every day since May, and my only job is one tap of an Approve button each morning. I’ve done it over coffee, from a trailhead before a hike, from the school drop off line; I’ve even approved a week’s worth of content while warming up for my morning gym class.

Now I set it up for other business owners. Not another new software program you have to learn. A service that runs itself or, if you prefer a concierge service, I run it for you.

How does it work?

You drop photos or other approved social media content into a shared folder, any time, from your phone or computer. Every morning, PostAlready writes a caption for each of your platforms in your voice, learned from captions you actually wrote. You get one email: Approve or Set aside. Approved posts go out automatically the next morning. That is the entire workflow. PostAlready can also create newsletters summarizing your work, posts, or anything you’d like to share over a period of time and schedule them. It also has the capability to review your website, prepare an exclusive SEO Report Card, and then base all future actions such as captioning, post times, and value reach with improvement goals in mind as well make thorough recommendations with step by step guidance for improving your overall website SEO score and discoverability. It also creates branded blog posts for your website… an activity which is another huge driver of SEO, but taker of valuable time.

Will it sound like me?

Yes, because it is trained on you. During setup I collect captions you have written, words you never use, voice to text notes and more and combine that with how you talk about your work. Every caption is written to those rules, and nothing posts until you approve it. You can also hand it a favorite caption at any time and say: match this tone this week. You can also research current trends or hooks as they apply to your business, right up to topics that are trending that week, and integrate those into your captions and content.

Is this AI generated content?

This is ai assisted marketing. The photos are yours. The voice is yours. The final call is yours, every single day. PostAlready uses AI for building, analyzing, scheduling and overall polish, not for inventing content. You are the creator. AI is your on-top-of-everything-assistant who never forgets to post.

What does it cost?

Founding clients: $499 setup and $249 per month with a 3 month commitment for daily posting on all available and seasoned business platforms, a branded posting calendar, and weekly reporting. I am taking five founding clients at this rate in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial. After that, setup is $999 and $499 a month. Additional pricing options exist for projects that fall outside of the package scope; please inquire for pricing on custom workflow builds.
